Chris Clark

Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Chris, was born in Bristol and has spent his entire working life in a sales role, with a large part of it at a huge distributor within the hospitality industry. His favourite thing about working at Middleby UK is what he calls ‘The Three Ps’ – the pace, the products and the people. Chris says that the products are exciting and innovating which makes every day exciting for him. In his spare time, Chris enjoys going for long walks and going out on his bike when the weather permits!

Wendy Cunningham

Operations Director

Wendy is a fundamental key player within Middleby UK having been with us for over 12 years! Now our Operations Director, Wendy ensures that everything runs smoothly from the warehouse to service to logistics. In her spare time she runs round after her toddler and enjoys jetting off on holidays and going for walks with her family.

Nathan Flemming

Finance Director

Nathan joined Middleby UK in 2023 with over 25 years of experience in finance, and loves the new challenges that Middleby presents! When he’s not at work, Nathan spends a lot of time with his 2 daughters and his Imperial Shih Tzu Minnie, who loves causing trouble! He loves going on holidays and having days out with his family, as well as going out with friends. Nathan is also a big football fan & supports Liverpool FC!

Phil Denness

Sales & Marketing Director

Phil has been with the Middleby UK sales team for over 8 years. Phil spends a lot of his time out on the road meeting our never-ending list of customers. He says that ‘It’s hard to choose just one thing to love about Middleby – the team work, the people, colleagues and the vast number of brands available and the depth of the Middleby portfolio’ are just a few things to mention! On a weekend, you can usually find Phil out and about on his motorbike.

Debora Douglass

European HR Director

Debora joined Middleby in 2017 and was employed to support Lincat Ltd. Since then she has taken Aga Rangemaster, IMC and Middleby UK under her wing. During her time within the company, she has supported the business on people structures and strategies as well as working on some large projects!

Steven Edwards

Director of National Accounts

Steven joined the Middleby team as Director of National Accounts in June 2024 with over 18 years of experience within the foodservice industry behind him, and says that “having such a variety of innovative market leading products is what first attracted me to Middleby.” Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, but also has a passion for sport and is a great lover of food!

Jack Robson

Senior Business Development Manager - North

Jack has been with Middleby UK for 17 years – known to most as Mr Pitco – his favourite thing about working at Middleby UK is the sheer amount of innovative solutions we can offer our customers, as well as being a market leader. Jack is a proud Cumbrian who loves to go camping in his campervan with his family & their dog!

David Cresswell

Business Development Manager - Scotland / North

David has joined Middleby UK as Business Development Manager for Scotland and the North of England with over 20 years of sales and business development management experience under his belt. David loves the huge range of premium equipment we have to offer, and is keen to provide customers with exactly the right kit!

Oliver Eaglen

Business Development Manager - South

Oliver joins the Middleby UK external sales team following a successful 6 year career at Lincat Ltd, working as part of both the internal and external sales teams. Oliver is “excited to dive into the expansive portfolio of brands and products that Middleby has to offer.”

Lee Stacey

Business Development Manager - South West

Lee joins the Middleby UK team as Business Development Manager for the South West and Midlands regions. With a strong background in  managing existing and acquiring new relationships with stakeholders, Lee is keen to get stuck into his new role within the external sales team!

Paul York

UK Business Manager - MWW Middleby UK

Paul York joins the team with 24 years’ experience in the National Accounts world, having sold frozen and ambient food ,non-food and equipment. This has given Paul a good insight and knowledge of all aspects of foodservice.

Keith Shelly

Group National Account Manager

Keith is our National Account Manager and has been with Middleby since 2008 holding various roles. He began his Middleby career in spares before progressing through many roles leading to his current National Account Manager role. Keith says that ‘the challenge of rising to meet customers’ high expectations and the fast-paced nature of the business, the forward looking mindset and having so many market leading brands and products to choose from’ are just a few things that make working at Middleby such a joy. He loves finding a solution to every situation possible. Outside of work, Keith enjoys both taking part and watching sports wherever possible! He’s also a keen runner and cyclist.

Donna Brown

Group National Account Manager

Donna joined Lincat in 2018 as a National Account Manager, having previously worked within the coffee industry for 28 years. Donna began as Midlands Sales Consultant and progressed over the years to Regional Sales Director managing a team of people within HORECA and Healthcare sectors. She said that “working within the National Accounts Team allows me to put those years of managerial skills to the test to best serve my national accounts.”

Rob Fairhurst

Development Chef

Our Development Chef, Rob Fairhurst, has been at Middleby UK for just over 4 years. Showcasing our incredible solutions to customers, Rob cooks and demonstrates the equipment daily – meaning he knows it like the back of his hand. Rob became a Head Chef at the age of 21, then Executive Chef at 24 years old, and has now been a Chef for 30 years! He says that ‘Every day is a different day from showroom demo to on-site training or food development for the bigger chains. Nearly every day is a learning curve – you never stop learning at MUK.’

Andrés Gaminde

Corporate Chef

Andrés became a part of the Middleby team in Spring of 2023, after studying Gastronomy and Culinary Arts for 4 years in the Basque Culinary Centre, Spain, and then spending time working in different gastronomic restaurants, consulting and honing his craft in order to grow and develop as a chef. Andrés’ enjoys working for Middleby as he thinks it is great to “have the freedom and the backing to serve the best food coming from the best equipment.”

Lana Wynn Davies

European Marketing Manager

Lana is our European Marketing Manager – she looks after the Marketing side of Middleby for both Middleby UK and Middleby Worldwide – Europe. With a toddler at home, Lana spends a lot of her spare time watching Paw Patrol and PJ Masks, but when she does get five minutes to herself she’s a big Manchester City supporter and loves to go out for nice meals. The family culture is just one of the things that she loves about Middleby and she says ‘it’s just fantastic to be part of’.

Lee Hart

Internal Sales Supervisor

Lee joined our team in Spring 2021 and has been a key player ever since! He says that ‘he loves that he’s kept busy constantly. The team that we have are brilliant. They’re such a great bunch’. In his spare time, Lee is a keen guitar player and admits that he’s hoping his daughter will hopefully be a better player than himself! He’s also a fully qualified scuba diver, although there aren’t many places around Wigan to practice!

Amy Parmiter

Customer Sales Executive

Amy joined the Middleby UK team in May 2022 and has been ‘loving becoming part of the team, and learning about the wide range of solutions available. In her free time, Amy enjoys playing badminton, going to festivals and going on nights out with her friends!

Zoe Maddocks

Customer Sales Executive

Zoe just recently joined the Middleby UK team, and has been enjoying becoming a part of the team and learning about all the different solutions we offer. She says ‘the team is so friendly and helpful, which makes it a really fun environment’. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending time with her friends, and going for nice walks or cycling when the weather permits!

Paul Chapple

Head of After Sales Support

Paul joined the Middleby UK team in 2009, but also previously spent around 10 years with us back when we were Frialator International, and even has ties to us dated back to 1975! He lives with his wife and has a love for sports, he even enjoys American Football, thanks to his deep-rooted ties to Pitco and Blodgett.

Kevin Jones

Technical Service Engineer

Kevin is on his second tour of Middleby UK, and has been with the team for 17 years. Kevin emigrated to Australia with his family in 1994 and spent 3 years there, taking the Australian oath to have dual nationality! In his free time, Kevin enjoys travelling and playing golf, but says he loves working at Middleby because it is a great atmosphere and team to be a part of.

Clare Gibson

After Sales Support Manager

Clare joined our team in 2017, starting off in the accounts department before moving to her current role as business support manager. Clare says that the organisational structure means that everyone is accessible, so any problems that arise can be swiftly and easily resolved. She says the teams’ helpful nature make it a pleasure to work here. In her free time, Clare loves to spend time with her family, build IKEA furniture and cook up a storm in the kitchen!

Alice Lane

Purchasing Executive

Joining our team in November 2022, this is Alice’s first service role, having come from a predominantly accounts focused background. Alice says that she’s glad to be working for Middleby because it’s such an impressive business and there is so much to learn. In her spare time, Alice enjoys playing football, taking holidays with her daughter Margo and going out and having fun with her friends!

Our credit controller Lindsay has been a part of the Middleby family since 2008, when she joined as accounts assistant. Originally from Dorset, she moved to the Northwest 27 years ago and hasn’t looked back since! Outside of work, Lindsay is a semi-professional photographer, and a former published poet! Sadly she lacks the time to write poems anymore, but she now enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her cats!

Eve joined us with 2 years of accounts experience and 5 years office experience. She is currently studying towards her level 4 AAT with level two passed with a merit. In her spare time, Eve enjoys getting her nails and lashes done, going out for food & cocktails with friends, spending time with family and going on nice holidays!
