This is our biggest app update yet, packed with practical improvements designed to make your day easier. From faster browsing and easier proposal requests to dealer-ready marketing content and a new web app, every part of this update is built to make it easier to work with Middleby UK.
What’s new:
List prices on tiles
You should not have to open every product page just to check the price bracket. With list prices now shown on product tiles, you can scan a range faster, compare options more easily, and get to the right products sooner. Less digging. Less wasted time. Faster browsing when speed matters.
Add to Basket + Request a Proposal
This is one of the most useful updates in the app. Instead of browsing, making notes somewhere else, then ringing or emailing us later, you can now build your basket as you go and send it straight to our team as a proposal request through the app. That means less back and forth, less room for things to get missed, and a much smoother path from finding the right product to moving on it. It is especially useful out of hours, because you can send what you need when it suits you, and we can pick it up as soon as we are back in the office.
Add B-grade To Basket
B-Grade can be a real advantage when an end user is working to a tighter budget or when you need to move quickly on a deal. Whether it is damaged packaging, ex-showroom stock, or simply a product that is not boxed as new, these are opportunities worth acting on fast. By making B-Grade available to add to basket, we are making it easier to include those opportunities in your proposal request before they are gone.
New Promos Area
Promotions are now easier to find. Promo stock still appears naturally in the brochure flow as you browse, but it now has its own dedicated section too. So whether you discover offers as you go or want to head straight to them, you can get there faster and act sooner.
Partner Packs
Partner Packs give you high-quality, dealer-ready marketing content you can actually use, including product videos, case studies, and suggested captions for social. This is not about replacing your marketing team or giving them less to do. It is about helping you stay more consistent by giving you more quality content to post in between campaigns, launches, and planned activity.
Consistency builds visibility. Visibility keeps you front of mind. And staying front of mind gives you more chances to generate enquiries and sales. There is a value side to this too. This is the kind of content many dealers would normally spend thousands producing themselves. With Partner Packs, it is ready to use, included, and built to help you market Middleby products more effectively across social, websites, and other channels.
Web App Release
We know not every purchasing team wants to work from a phone app. That is why we have launched a web version too, accessible through our website. It gives you the same utility in a format that fits the way many teams already work, especially when they are at a desk, sharing internally, or handling purchasing in a more traditional workflow. Same practical benefits. More flexibility.

Many of these updates came directly from your feedback. So thank you. Whether you shared ideas with your BDM, the sales desk, or over email, it helped us make this update better for you. We are aiming to build the best tool in the industry, and that only happens by listening to the people using it.
Bug fixes
We have fixed the issue where some product images did not display properly on product pages. We have resolved the web app home page video playback issue that appeared in Beta. And we have again optimised pages to load even faster. This means fewer interruptions and a cleaner experience overall.
