Lincat and Middleby cook up combi oven support package for dealers

Lincat and Middleby have teamed up to create what they describe as an “unparalleled support package” for distributors selling Invoq combi ovens.
The package builds on the announcement in April that Lincat will now start selling own-label combi ovens again following a collaboration with its Danish sister company Houno, which produces the Invoq range.
The latest initiative is designed to offer a comprehensive suite of benefits aimed at maximising profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Set to run for the remainder of 2024, the support package, which includes the Invoq Combi, Hybrid, and Bake ovens, has been strategically designed to empower distributors to thrive in a competitive market landscape with support around site surveys, installation, consumables and training.
Adam Mott, UK brand manager for Invoq, said: “This initiative reaffirms Lincat and Middleby UK’s commitment to driving innovation and excellence within the industry, setting a new standard for distributor support and customer service.”
The package applies to Invoq ovens irrespective of whether they are Lincat-badged or Houno-badged.
Lincat and Middleby said more details about the scheme and its benefits for distributors are available on request.
