Meet our Marketing Executive, Jessica Brown, who joined the Middleby UK team in November 2021 to help build on the Marketing efforts for Middleby UK as the business experiences rapid growth. Let’s learn a bit more about her…

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I was born in Wigan, but spent 15 years living in Northern Ireland, before returning to study Business Management & Marketing at University. I spent a summer living & working in Italy which inspired my love of travel, and then went on to begin my career, starting off in more customer facing roles and then moving to Marketing!

What’s your favourite thing about working at Middleby UK?

Having only been at Middleby for a few months, every day for me is a school day, and everyone here wants to help you learn and succeed – it’s a really great group of people to work with. Also the wealth of the Middleby portfolio continues to amaze me!

How long have you been at Middleby?

Almost 4 months!

What’s your favourite product?

There’s so many incredible products, but I would have to say my favourite is the Turbochef Eco. It’s such a powerful and versatile product, and it looks amazing as a front of house unit as well.

What do you get up to outside of work?

Travelling is a huge passion of mine, so I try to do that as much as possible – I mostly do city breaks, but I do enjoy the occasional relaxing all-inclusive holiday (who doesn’t?). I have also recently started running, so I try to go out for a run a few times a week when the weather permits! Other than that, I spend most of my time with my family, going for meals out or having games nights!

And finally, just for fun, what’s your favourite food?

I love a lot of different food & love trying new things, but I think Italian food is my go-to. Pizza, pasta, risotto – it’s too delicious for it not to be my favourite!
