Ideal for roasting and baking, the Blodgett offers greater capacity than most ovens, with space for up to 22 trays within the oven. The unit’s dual flow gas system combines direct and indirect heat for powerful and even cooking, and the iron frame and fiber insulation prevents heat from escaping. Cleaning at the end of service is no issue, with a porcelainised baking compartment liner and a stainless steel exterior.
