The HJX-PRO-L175-WTD is Josper’s large size 100% charcoal oven, with a table base and built in drawer for extra storage, and an additional food warmer to increase functionality. Recommended for around 175 diners and with a fire up time of around 40 minutes, the HJX can reach broiling temperatures of up to 350˚C and produce perfectly smoked and grilled food using one load of charcoal for around 9 hours.
