Middleby UK: Named Supplier of the Year – Partner Engagement

We are incredibly proud to announce that Middleby UK has been named Supplier of the Year – Partner Engagement at the 2025 Catering Insight Awards.

This specific accolade recognises suppliers that have built the strongest relationships with the trade. For us, that isn’t just about the equipment we supply. It’s about the conversations we’ve had in our Innovation Kitchen, the feedback you’ve shared on the road, and the service changes we’ve made because of your input.

A major factor in this award was the launch of the Middleby UK App. We set out to move away from the limitations of paper catalogues and provide a tool that matches the pace of your business.

Our MD, Chris Clark shared:
“Winning the Supplier of the Year for Partner Engagement at the Catering Insight Awards was a particularly proud moment for me. Awards are always a nice nod from the industry, but this one carried more weight because it focused on how we engage with our customers through our new app. I watched that app move from a mere concept to a full-scale launch, and I know the months of hard work the team poured into it. Seeing that effort recognised by our peers was a powerful reminder that we are heading in the right direction.
